National Young Feminist Leadership Conference
March 23-25, 2024
National Young Feminist Leadership Conference, Arlington, VA Join hundreds of student activists from across the country to learn feminist organizing tactics and strategize for the upcoming election. The Sign4ERA.org petition drive will be featured as a part of strategy sessions on the Equal Rights Amendment along with sessions on the state of reproductive rights, how-to workshops on digital organizing and launching campaigns, and plenty of information and ideas to prepare you for the 2024 election, you’ll be ready to return to campus and advocate for local, state, and national change.
We have been confirming so many amazing speakers, like former Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, ERA Coalition President Zakiya Thomas, and NOW President Christian Nunez. It’s incredibly inspiring to have the opportunity to learn from both seasoned feminist leaders who have dedicated their lives to the cause and from emerging young activists.

The events are in support of measures in the Maryland General Assembly and in the US Congress to affirm and publish the fully ratified federal Equal Rights Amendment as valid and the 28th Amendment to the Constitution.
12:00-1:00 PM: Pre-rally with chanting and opportunities to sign the Sign4ERA Petition.
1:00-2:00 PM: Rally with a selection of ERA advocate speakers representing the state and national activities.

ERA Rally at the White House – It’s been 100 years. NOT ONE MORE!
As we mark the 100th anniversary of the introduction of the Equal Rights Amendment in Congress, we want to let our elected officials and the American public know that we’re not waiting one more year for equality!
Join the ERA Coalition and partner organizations on December 13 for a march from the White House to Congress, with short stops at the Department of Justice and the National Archives and Records Administration office (home of the US Archivist).

Empowered Students Lead the Charge at ‘Speak up for the Equal Rights Amendment’ Press Conference
On April 24, 2023, Hunter College in New York played host to a momentous event that underscored the power of student-led activism and the unwavering commitment to gender equality. The “Speak up for the Equal Rights Amendment” press conference brought together a diverse range of voices, all united in their demand for congressional action to declare that the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) has received the constitutionally required ratification by three-fourths of the states, making it an integral part of the United States Constitution.
